What are the check-in and check-out times?

We look forward to welcoming you at check-in from 3 pm onwards. You will receive detailed information with the confirmation of your reservation. On the day of departure you are requested to vacate your room by 12 noon at the latest. If you wish to depart later, this may be possible at extra cost.

Is the reception manned 24 hours a day?

Our front desk staff are available 24 hours a day.

When is breakfast served?

Our breakfast comprising an extensive hot/cold buffet is available from Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 10 am. If you have any questions regarding our breakfast offers at weekends and on public holidays, the staff at the reception of the respective hotel are at your disposal

Do the hotels have bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers?

With a few exceptions, our hotels have bed linen which is suitable for allergy sufferers. Our staff at the reception of each hotel will be happy to provide you with the relevant information.

Are there exercise and spa facilities?

Some hotels have gyms with appropriate equipment and a sauna area. Hotel guests can use these facilities free of charge. Please contact the reception of the FourSide hotel in question for hotel-specific information.

Do the hotels have cots or beds for small children?

Children are very welcome at FourSide Hotels. Please contact the reception of the hotel in question for a quote for cots and children's beds.

Do the hotels have Wi-Fi?

All our hotels have Wi-Fi. Hotel guests can use the Wi-Fi free of charge.

Do the hotels have parking facilities?

The hotel parking facilities of the FourSide hotels vary. Please contact the reception of the FourSide hotel in question for hotel-specific information.

Where do I find information about facilities for meetings and conferences?

The facilities for meetings and conferences and their availability vary from hotel to hotel. Please contact the reception at the relevant hotel so that we can make you a suitable offer.

What means of payment are accepted?

You can pay your bill in cash, by EC bank card or by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.

What types of reservations are there?

We offer guests various possibilities for making reservations. In the case of so-called "6 pm" reservations, your room is kept available until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After that time, the reservation lapses and there is no entitlement to the reserved room.

In the case of a "guaranteed booking", the room is reserved for you on a binding basis, which also applies to any offers which have been booked and non-refundable rates. Please note that with reservations involving a non-refundable rate, advance payment of the costs in full is required on completion of the booking. As a payment guarantee, in such cases we require the number of a valid credit card with expiry date.

What are the conditions for cancellation and what are the relevant charges?

"6 pm" reservations can be cancelled at any time free of charge. Guaranteed reservations and reservations made with advance payment are subject to special cancellation terms and the corresponding charges. In the case of online reservations, these terms are displayed before you complete the booking. For reservations made via our central reservation department or directly with the hotel, you will be informed of these conditions by our staff, and they will be sent to you in written form with your confirmation.

Can you bring pets to the FourSide hotels?

You do not have to leave your pet at home - pets are permitted in our guest rooms. Please inform us when booking. We include a special cleaning fee of €35.00 per room for each stay.


Please note that pets should not be brought into the "Events and Meetings" area. Guide dogs are of course permitted everywhere.

Are food and beverages provided in the FourSide hotels?

A selection of food and beverages awaits you in all the hotels. In some hotels, there is also an in-house bar, where you can comfortably end the evening. Please ask at the reception of the hotel in question about the range of food on offer.

Will my data be disclosed to third parties?

Your data will be exclusively and securely transmitted via an SSL connection for online reservations and used only for internal purposes within the companies of our hotel group.
